My journey began with a deep interest in nutrition science and how food fuels the body. Over time, I expanded my knowledge through different certifications, including Precision Nutrition, and later the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN). Each step gave me new tools and perspectives to support people in unique and personalized ways.
Through my studies with IIN, I embraced the idea that true health is about more than just calories, macros, or what’s on the plate. It’s about the whole person — sleep, stress, relationships, joy, movement, and the environment we live in. These “primary foods” are just as important as nutrition itself.
I place a special focus on gut health and hormonal balance. The gut is often called the second brain because of its powerful connection to mood, energy, and overall well-being. And especially for women, hormones play a huge role in how we feel day to day — from cravings and digestion to energy levels and emotional balance. Supporting these areas can create lasting change that diets alone can’t provide.
Today, my approach combines structured nutrition science with a holistic, bio-individual lens:
- Helping clients enjoy nourishing meals without restriction.
- Teaching how to balance favorite foods — from pizza and burgers to cultural and traditional dishes — in a healthier way.
- Creating full recipes, grocery lists, dining-out strategies, and routines that fit real life.
- Addressing gut health and hormone needs for sustainable energy, mood balance, and long-term wellness.
My mission is simple: to help you feel energized, confident, and balanced — not just through food, but through every aspect of life.
