How do I store the bone broth?
Our bone broth stays fresh for 1 week in the fridge and up to 3 months in the freezer. Just thaw and reheat before enjoying.

Are all the recipe books diet-friendly?
The Vegan Recipe Book is completely gluten-free, refined sugar–free, and dairy-free. The other books are also made with clean ingredients, with simple swaps suggested if needed.

Do you give workout plans?
I don’t offer strict workout programs, but I help you create a routine around activities you already enjoy. On top of that, I provide a structured cardio plan to keep you consistent and motivated.
